Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order. By purchasing from Melting Moments Wax Melts you are agreeing to the terms and conditions displayed below. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as and when necessary and at any time. If you do not accept any of our terms and conditions, please do not purchase from us.
Payment for items must be made at the time of purchase. You can pay via debit or credit card through Wix Payments or Paypal. We also accept payment through Clearpay , Klarna and Laybuy
Once your order has been placed we cannot amend it so please make sure that you have added all the items you need into your cart before submitting your order.
Your order may be cancelled by us if;
The goods become unavailable/out of stock
Authorization of your payment cannot be obtained
There is an error in the pricing or description
Incorrect shipping has been selected
Please note that we only ship within the UK
We review our pricing regularly and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time we need to do so.
Shipping is within the UK only.
All orders are sent via Royal mail 1st class delivery.
Handling time for 'on-shelf' orders is 5-7 working days Mon-Fri. This excludes bank holidays, weekends and busy periods which may be longer due to the volume of business. If there will be a delay to your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Custom made orders including any special collections, Hampers, Jars of hearts, Bee melts, Nine Muses, Carpet Fresh, Diffusers, Bubble melts, Happy Birthday melts, Body Bars and any personalised letters can take up to 10 working days to dispatch.
Melting Moments Wax Melts reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification to the customer.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses verified by you.
Once your order has been shipped by Melting Moments Wax Melts it is then the responsibility of the delivery company to deliver your order within the expected time frame.
Please allow 10 working days after you have received your shipping confirmation email for your order to arrive.
If your order hasn't been received after 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message either on here or via email and we will look into it for you.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy -
We accept returns of unopened and unused goods and these can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for these items must be paid by yourself.

If you believe your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return, order number and images of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. Once we have received all of this information, the team will then be able to evaluate the issue. We may ask for you to send the faulty products back to us, we will send you a prepaid postage for this , however if the damage has been caused during shipping , it is your responsibility to pay the return fee. Once the goods are received and inspected we will then issue you with a refund if we see fit. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 working days to be processed. Under distance selling regulations the buyer has a duty of care towards the returning products and we expect them to arrive back to us in the same condition as you received them in.
Wax melts are very fragile and unfortunately sometimes during the shipping process they have a potential to get broken. This is completely out of our control and although it may be frustrating for your wax melts to turn up slightly broken, this won't affect the use of the wax melts. The scent throw & wax pool will still be just as beautiful.
If you wish to cancel your order then please notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible as once your order is shipped you will need to follow the returns procedure as laid out above.
Pre Orders -
All items on a pre order will require a small deposit to secure your order.
The remaining balance will be due by the date we have listed in the product description.
We will send out an invoice after the pre orders are closed for the remaining amount due plus the postage & packaging cost. You will have until the date given to pay the full balance.
If the full balance has not been paid off by the due date given your order will not be shipped.
We will not refund any deposits on pre orders.
Personal data -
We store your personal data for our use only so we can keep you informed of promotions and offers we have from time to time and let you know of new products. Please be ensured that we will never pass your details onto a 3rd party. If you do not wish to receive any promotions or offers please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that we remove your details.

Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
