FAQs

  • How many cubes/melts should I put in my burner?
I would suggest starting with one or two depending on the size of your burner. Then you can add more depending on your preference.
  • There's a clear smoke coming from my wax melt. Is that normal?
Yes it's perfectly normal. Vapour may appear from your melts, this is just the fragrance oil evaporating. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me.
  • How do i clean my wax burner?
If your warmer has been on and your wax is liquid, take two cotton pads, set them in the wax, let it absorb and dispose of the cotton cotton pads. Please remember to blow out the tea light before cleaning your burner. If you wax burner is not on and the wax has hardened, remove it by lighting the tea light again so that the wax has loosened in the burner and slide it out! It's easier to remove as a solid piece. Finish by wiping off any residue with a paper towel.
